Development & Building Permits

Permits are available for viewing/printing online in Acrobat Reader format.

All developments or building (construction) require a development and a building permit.

All permit applications are also available at the Town Office. Permits must be in place before any construction begins.

All Home-based Businesses require a development permit and a Business License.
